Get represented How we work

Who we are

Higher Agency was born from one belief: a player doesn't just need a contract, he needs a partner. Someone who knows the game, truly understands his project and stands by him for the long run.

We build a multi-season path with every player, and choose each step based on his role, his minutes and what will take him to the next level. Close, transparent, demanding.

Whether you're looking for a first pro contract, a higher-level club or a fresh start after a tough season.

A career plan

A path written season by season, with clear goals. We know where we are going and why.

The right club

Leagues chosen for your profile and status (French-trained, European, import), in France and abroad.

All-season follow-up

Your stats tracked game by game, regular check-ins with you, and ongoing contact with coaches.

Showcasing you

Videos, profiles and graphics of your performances, so clubs see what you really bring.

Negotiation

The contract, the promised role, the terms: we protect your interests before you sign.

Life after basketball

Basketball does not last forever. We prepare what comes next, at the right time.

How we work

Four steps, one goal: every season should take you a notch higher.

1
We get to know you
Your level, your status, your goals, your life off the court. Before talking clubs, we understand your project.
2
We build your plan
A multi-season path, level by level, with clear and realistic goals.
3
We follow you all season
Stats, minutes, video, talks with coaches: we know where you stand and check in with you regularly.
4
We decide together
We present you to the right clubs, compare offers and negotiate. The final call is always yours.

And every summer, we review it all for the next season.

Our network

Our network was built on the court, not behind a desk. Years of basketball in France and in the United States opened doors on both sides of the Atlantic: we know who to talk to to find you the right spot.

In France

Ten years in the French Nationale 2 and Nationale 3, all over the country: coaches, clubs and contacts we know personally, from NM2 up to the pro level.

Abroad

Three years spent in the United States, ties with American universities and partner agents abroad: we can open doors for you well beyond France.

FAQ

Answers to the questions players ask us most often.

Is Higher Agency officially recognised?

Yes. JC Jérôme, founder of Higher Agency, has been a sports agent licensed by the French Basketball Federation (FFBB) since 2026. In France, only a licensed agent can legally negotiate a contract for a player.

What level do I need to be at?

We work with players from the French Nationale 2 up to the professional level, in France and abroad.

I want to play abroad or in the United States. Is that possible?

Yes. Thanks to our experience in the United States, our ties with American universities and our partner agents abroad, we can look at your project beyond France.

How does the first contact work?

Email us or message us on Instagram with your name, position, current club, level and a link to your video. We will get back to you to set up a first conversation and understand your project.
